Returns & Exchanges
Here at GMRT GEAR our only goal is you are completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. We make it easy for you! We get it, sometimes items might not fit as expected or you like a different color! Whatever it is, we got you covered. This is why we have a few options for you. Please keep in mind, in order for us to keep providing top of the line apparel, with affordable prices, free PRIORITY SHIPPING to all of our clients and multiple discounts, we cannot provide free shipping on returns. If your items qualify for a return you must be responsible for paying postages fees.
Any purchases placed at any of our stores can be exchanged at our locations within 15 days of your purchased. If you can't make it to our store you can send us a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can place a exchange form for you. We do charge a small fee if you wish us to ship you a product and get you return postage.
* Please note, that all items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
- You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
- If the return/exchange does not pass inspections, it will be mailed back to you.
- If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request, we will refund you for that item.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
- Refunds for store credit only.
- If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchases on our online store or any of our retail locations. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.
- You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service to: email@example.com
- If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item.
- If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer for available for return, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
- If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
- If the item was purchased at one of our retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange.
- It may take up to 5-7 business days for returns to be processed
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you request an exchange we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email! If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

At this moment we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our Customer Service department at our online store.
